Troubleshooting Common Issues
Most YaarWin problems are one of about a dozen things and they all have a known fix. This page is the fastest path through them. If a fix below does not work, open a support ticket from Contact Us with your registered mobile number, a screenshot, and the approximate time the issue started.
Login issues
1. OTP not arriving during YaarWin Login
- Indian telcos often throttle promotional SMS routes. Wait 60 seconds, then tap Resend.
- Check your SMS spam / promotional folder (Jio and Airtel both use one on recent Android builds).
- Briefly toggle airplane mode — this forces a fresh SMSC handshake.
- If still no OTP in 3 minutes, temporarily switch to another 4G network.
2. "Invalid password"
- Retry once. After 5 wrong attempts the account auto-locks for 15 minutes.
- Use "Forgot password" on the Login page to reset via OTP.
3. "Session expired"
Long idle time logs you out on the web. Enter your password again; your wallet is safe.
Registration issues
4. "Mobile number already exists"
An account is already linked to this number. If it is yours, use Login and reset the password. If it is not, email [email protected] from the phone's own number for a priority check.
5. Bonus not showing after YaarWin Registration
The ₹500 lands in the bonus wallet, not the main wallet. Open Wallet › Bonus › tap Claim. If the button is missing, fully close and re-open the app (Android Recents › swipe up on YaarWin).
Deposit issues
6. UPI deposit stuck
- Wait 5 minutes — UPI occasionally retries.
- Check your UPI app's transaction status. If it shows "Success" but the YaarWin wallet is still empty, it almost always arrives within 15 minutes.
- Still missing after 30 minutes? Open a ticket from Contact Us with the UPI reference number (UTR).
7. IMPS / Net Banking double-charge
Do not retry if the first attempt showed "Processing". Double-deposits are reversed within 24 hours automatically; proactively opening a ticket speeds this up.
Withdrawal issues
8. Withdrawal pending over 30 minutes
This is almost always bank-side (SBI and PNB are slowest). Do not cancel and retry — that resets the queue position. Wait up to 24 hours, then escalate with the transaction ID.
9. "Withdrawal failed — beneficiary rejected"
Your UPI VPA has either a per-day receive cap or has been deactivated. Switch to IMPS, or use a different VPA registered on the same mobile number. Full rules on the Payment Methods page.
App & install issues
10. "App not installed" after APK download
This means the APK did not finish downloading. Delete the half-file and re-download from the official download page. Do not use APK mirror sites.
11. App crashes on launch
- Update Android System WebView from the Play Store.
- Clear the YaarWin app cache: Settings › Apps › YaarWin › Storage › Clear cache.
- Uninstall and reinstall from the official download page.
12. "Unknown sources" prompt on install
This is normal for all non-Play-Store apps. Tap Settings in the prompt, toggle "Allow from this source" for your browser, and retry. This is a one-time setup.
