Age Verification — 18+ Only

YaarWin is strictly for users aged 18 years and above. Minors are not permitted to register, log in, deposit, play, or claim any bonus on yaar-win.net or the YaarWin Android app. This is a hard requirement — not a guideline.

Why the 18+ rule exists

Online prediction-game platforms involve financial risk. Indian law — and our own Terms & Conditions — require that participants be adults. Protecting minors from exposure to money-risk gaming is also a core part of our Responsible Gaming policy.

How YaarWin verifies age

• At YaarWin Registration, you confirm you are 18 or older. This is a binding declaration.
• On first withdrawal, YaarWin may request a government-issued ID (Aadhaar, PAN, Voter ID, Passport or DL) to confirm age and identity. This is a standard anti-fraud step in India.
• Our internal systems flag suspicious patterns (device-sharing, inconsistent KYC fields) for manual review.

What happens if we detect an underage account

• The account is locked immediately at the next YaarWin Login.
• Any deposited balance is returned to the source of funds.
• Any bonus or referral credit is forfeited.
• Winnings generated by a confirmed underage account are forfeited per section 3 of the Terms & Conditions.

If you suspect a minor in your household has access to YaarWin, please reach us at [email protected] or via the Contact Us page with the mobile number on the account. We will close it within 24 hours. Parental control tools — such as Google Family Link — can also block APK installs on your child's phone.
