These Terms & Conditions govern your use of YaarWin (yaar-win.net and the YaarWin Android app). By completing YaarWin Registration or YaarWin Login, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old. See Age Verification 18+.
  • You must be a resident of a state or union territory in India where online skill-based prediction games are legally permitted. YaarWin is not available in states that restrict such games.
  • Only one YaarWin account per person is permitted.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. YaarWin is not liable for any activity performed through your account unless you reported unauthorised access before the activity. Lost your password? Use the reset flow on the Login page.

3. Bonuses

  • The ₹500 welcome bonus credits automatically to new accounts and must be claimed from the wallet within 30 days.
  • Bonus funds can be played on any launch game but cannot be withdrawn directly; only net winnings from bonus play are withdrawable.
  • Referral bonuses require the invited user to complete YaarWin Login and play at least one qualifying round.
  • YaarWin reserves the right to void bonuses used in bonus-abuse patterns (multi-accounting, match-betting).

4. Deposits and withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals follow the rules on the Payment Methods page. Minimum deposit ₹100. Minimum withdrawal ₹200. Withdrawals go to the same UPI ID used for deposits. Standard anti-fraud checks may delay first withdrawals.

5. Fair play

Round results are generated by a provably fair RNG. Any attempt to manipulate results — scripting, client tampering, collusion — will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of balance.

6. Responsible play

Gaming can be addictive. You can set deposit limits, session limits and self-exclude at any time from your account settings. See the full Responsible Gaming policy.

7. Limitation of liability

YaarWin is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount in your wallet at the time the issue occurred. Read the full Disclaimer.

8. Disputes

Disputes should first go through YaarWin Support. Unresolved disputes are governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the operator's registered office.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Also read the Privacy Policy.
