This Privacy Policy explains how YaarWin ("we", "our", "us") collects, uses, stores and shares your personal data when you use yaar-win.net, the YaarWin Android app, and any related services. YaarWin operates primarily for users in India, and this policy is written to align with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).

What data we collect

  • Account data: your Indian mobile number, hashed password, device identifier, and the date of your YaarWin Registration.
  • Verification data: OTP delivery logs, IP at YaarWin Login, and basic device fingerprint to catch account takeovers.
  • Transaction data: deposits, withdrawals, UPI VPA (masked), round results, wallet balance and bonus-claim history — see Payment Methods.
  • Support data: messages you send via Contact Us or the in-app support window.
  • Usage data: pages visited, referral source, session length, crash logs — used to improve the app.

How we use your data

  • To operate your account, verify YaarWin Login, and process deposits and withdrawals.
  • To detect fraud, multi-accounting and bonus abuse.
  • To respond to support requests and legal notices.
  • To improve the app — for example, fixing the most-reported crashes first.
  • To send transactional SMS (OTP, withdrawal status) — we do not send marketing SMS without consent.

Who we share data with

Only where required: our payments partner (for UPI and IMPS processing), our SMS provider (for OTP), our cloud hosting provider, and law-enforcement agencies acting on valid Indian legal process. We do not sell your data to advertisers.

Your rights

You can access, correct, or delete your YaarWin account data at any time. Send a request from the email address on your account to [email protected], or use the in-app "Data request" button after login. We respond within 30 days.

Security

Passwords are hashed with a modern algorithm. Transport uses TLS. Access to production data is limited to a small named team and every access is logged. Read the broader Disclaimer for the limits of those controls.

Children

YaarWin is strictly for users aged 18 and above. See Age Verification 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from minors and will delete any such account on discovery.

Changes to this policy

When we make a material change, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top and notify active users inside the app. For continued good practice, also read the Terms & Conditions, the Responsible Gaming policy, and the About Us page.
